Blue Bliss Greens Smoothie Recipe

Kristen drinks the Blue Bliss Greens Smoothie in her yard that she made with herbs and veggies from her edible home garden.

edible garden ingredients:

1. Large handful of spinach

2. Small handful of parsley

3. Small handful of basil (Dark purple opal basil adds to the purple color of this drink, but you can use any kind)

4. Few sprigs of marjoram

other ingredients:

1. 8 oz of oat milk or milk of your choice

2. Large handful of blueberries

3. One frozen banana

Put the above ingredients into a blender and blend for about 30 seconds or until smooth. Take one tablespoon of blueberry jam and smear it on the inside of a glass that has been chilled in the freezer for 30 mins. Poor smoothie into glass and enjoy!
